Achmad Sutjipto
President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, 80 years old. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1969, the Naval Command and Staff College of Indonesia in 1986 and National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia 1998. He was appointed as the President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company pursuant to Deed No. 32 dated 16 June 2023.

Prior to joining the Company, he had long experience in the Indonesian Navy as Commander of various types of combat ships (1989–1991), Commander of the Task Force for Diversion of Ex-East German Vessels of the Indonesian Navy (1992–1995), Chief of Staff of the Eastern Fleet of the Indonesian Navy (1995), Budgeting and Planning Assistant to the Chief of Staff (Arsena Kasal) of the Indonesian Navy (1998), Commander General of the Indonesian Navy (1998), Commander of the Indonesian Navy (1998), Member of the Honorary Council of Indonesian Navy Officers (1999), Deputy Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (1999), Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (1999–2001), and Chairman of the Association of the Retirees of the Indonesian Navy (PPAL) (2012–2016).

Outside of the Indonesian Navy, he served as the Chairman of the Indonesian Rowing Sports Association (PODSI) (2007–2016), Chairman of the Mainstay Athlete Program of the Ministry of Youth and Sport (2008–2010), President of the Asian Rowing Federation (2012–2014), Senior Vice President of the Asian Rowing Federation (2014–present), Chairman of the Golden Indonesia Program Implementation Unit (2015–2017), and Member of the 2018 Asian Games Steering Committee (2015–2017).

Prior to serving as Director of the Company, he was the Business Development General Manager of the Company (2019-2021).
