Jakarta – PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI) remains committed to strengthening awareness and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices across all areas of its operations. In support of this commitment, the Company collaborated with Daun+ as its training partner and facilitator to organize an ESG Training for its employees. The training was held at the EPI 2 Meeting Room, The Grove Suites by Aston Group, on Wednesday, July 22^nd, 2026.

The program was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding and awareness of ESG concepts and principles, ranging from fundamental knowledge to their practical application in supporting business operations within the maritime and shipping industry. In addition to highlighting the importance of integrating sustainability into business processes, the training also explored ESG management practices that are relevant to the Company's operational needs.

Through its collaboration with Daun+, participants also gained technical insights into environmental management, including emissions measurement and management, as well as the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reporting in line with applicable standards and best practices. The program is expected to strengthen employees' capabilities in integrating ESG principles into their day-to-day operations while supporting the Company's commitment to sustainable corporate governance.
